We have two exciting positions open with the same job title of "Senior Group Accountant - Consolidation & External Reporting" (m/w/d) at our well-known automotive supplier client in Munich. The special feature here is definitely that the company is currently preparing for an IPO and the internal accounting hierarchies are still very flat. There are very specific reasons for this, which I would be happy to explain to you in more detail. This position offers everything: a large corporation, IPO, German employer with employees worldwide and 4.5 billion euros in revenue, internationality, and a successful product.

Responsibilities:

Preparation of pre-consolidation procedures to ensure consistent consolidation data in the system (IC reconciliation)

Consolidation of planning, monthly and annual financial statements according to IFRS including preparation of the consolidation system (additional data, reporting structure, fixed exchange rates)

Execution of consolidation processes and review of consolidation results

Ensuring compliance with all internal and external reporting deadlines and preparation of consolidated annual financial statements including notes in accordance with IFRS requirements

Assistance in the preparation and review of consolidated financial statements as well as ad-hoc financial analyses and reports

Support in the development and training of team members

Development and implementation of new concepts as well as further development
