Your contribution to the team:


  • Supporting employees in utilizing the offerings of the Debeka Academy
  • Collaborating with decentralized training and HR departments in nationwide branches
  • Formulating and publishing learning offerings in the education catalog
  • Creating, maintaining, and adapting company training policies
  • Obtaining quotes from external education providers and managing cooperation contracts
  • Managing event resources
  • Assisting in identifying training needs
  • Tasks related to education controlling

What we are looking for:


  • Ongoing studies in the fields of business administration, HR, or event management
  • Ideally, previous experience in organizing events and meetings
  • Ability to communicate effectively in conversations, phone calls, and written correspondence
  • Willingness to work and reliability
  • Teamwork skills
