In this role, you will be a crucial part of managing technology relationships, reporting directly to the CTO, and working closely with our existing team of project managers and developers.

As a Web Project Manager, you will serve as the critical link between our field teams and the development department, reporting directly to the CTO.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

Managing ongoing web development projects within an agile/scrum environment, ensuring they are on track, within scope, and within budget.
Recognizing business needs and opportunities for improvement.
Collaborating with teams to streamline daytoday processes and enhance efficiency.
Gathering project requirements and translating them into actionable project plans.
Developing detailed project timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
Ensuring clear and effective communication with all stakeholders.
Proactively identifying and addressing project bottlenecks and challenges.
Implementing project management methodologies aligned with company goals.
Maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction and project quality.
Staying uptodate with web development trends and technologies.
Certified Project Manager (a plus, but not required).

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
Proven experience as a Web Project Manager or similar role.
Experience with custom software is a must
Experience with Confluence and Jira
Strong technical knowledge of SQL is a plus
Strong knowledge of web development processes and technologies.
Experience in agile/scrum development environments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in project management software/tools.
Ability to bridge the gap between technical and nontechnical teams.
