PART-TIME PERMANENT Deputy OGS Director/Coordinator (m/f/d) For our offer within the framework of the Open All-Day Primary School (OGS) at the FGZ Sonnenstraße in Düsseldorf-Oberbilk/Zentrum, we are looking for a qualified specialist as deputy pedagogical OGS director/coordinator (m/f/d) in a permanent position starting on or after (earliest) in a permanent position with a workload of 35 hours/week (subject to social security contributions)


Your tasks:
Independent planning, organization and implementation of extracurricular activities in coordination with the OGS director/coordinator, the school and within the standards of the sponsor Deputy management/coordination of the team and personnel management as well as management of an OGS group Close cooperation with the OGS director/coordinator, the school management as well as with other external cooperation partners Implementation of a support and leisure pedagogical program as well as parent work Close cooperation with the sponsor as well as committee work Participation in the implementation of the employer's ecclesiastical mission Your profile: Completed training as an educator (m/f/d) or comparable qualification Several years of experience in social pedagogical work in schools Several years of experience in employee and team management Independent work, communicative competence, commitment, assertiveness Willingness to participate in further training and further education We offer you: A versatile and interesting field of activity Introduction and support by the pedagog
