Every year, we are looking for over 5,000 apprentices in 50 different professions who want to grow and improve with us.

We are currently seeking a candidate for a 3-year apprenticeship as a Traffic Service Clerk at our Osnabrück location with DB InfraGO AG, starting on September 1st, 2024.

The vocational school for this position is located in Burgdorf (near Hannover). During your time at the vocational school, accommodation will be provided by DB.


As an apprentice, you will be responsible for assisting and advising our customers at the DB Information desk and in the mobile service at train stations.

You will also gain knowledge about travel offers, service and safety measures, and learn how to use modern communication and sales systems.

Additionally, you will acquire important skills in customer consultation and support, marketing, and project management.

To be considered for this position, you should have completed or will soon complete your education. Good language skills and a customer-oriented mindset are important qualities for this role.

You should also be able to remain calm and organized in difficult situations, and be responsible, reliable, flexible, and mobile.
