At KLE Energie, you will work for a growing company in the exciting field of renewable energy. Our core competence lies in the planning and construction of photovoltaic systems, battery storage systems, and e-mobility solutions.

To support our team, we are currently looking for a dispatcher to start as soon as possible.


Your responsibilities

  • Planning and coordinating the deployment of our technicians (m/f/d)
  • Creating efficient deployment schedules
  • Monitoring deadlines and ensuring timely completion of customer orders
  • Economical and efficient planning of orders and routes
  • Managing customer communication regarding scheduling
  • Resolving problems and bottlenecks in realtime to minimize delays
  • Maintaining internal systems such as deployment schedules

Your profile

  • Completed commercial or logistics training
  • Ideally, experience in dispatching installation deployments
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and technical understanding
  • Organizational talent
  • Goaloriented communication skills and a high level of teamwork
  • Reliable, solutionoriented, and responsible work ethic
  • Assertiveness and excellent communication skills at eye level
  • Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions
