Job Summary:

Provide administrative support and assistance to management and staff.


Minimum Required Qualifications:

The minimum required qualifications for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • High school graduate or equivalent with secretarial/business school training desired; some college preferred.
  • At least 2 years of equivalent administrative assistant experience.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
  • Exceptional knowledge of Microsoft office: word, excel, and outlook.
  • Must be able to operate standard office equipment including but not limited to, scanning equipment, printer, fax machine, copier, telephone system, etc.
  • Ability to maintain the strictest level of confidentiality.
  • Must have well developed organizational and problemsolving skills with the ability to handle and follow through on multiple projects.
  • Attention to detail in composing, typing, and proofing materials, establishing priorities, and meeting deadlines.
  • Knowledge and experience of AS400 or ERP software system. _(preferred)_

Essential Job Functions:

The essential functions of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Provide administrative and secretarial support to management.
  • Enter orders or revise current orders for customers in an AS400 computer system.
  • Perform day to day administrative tasks such as maintaining information files, and processing paperwork.
  • Answer and manage incoming calls.
  • Collaborate with other team and department members to meet project deadlines.
  • Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
  • Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, and databases.
  • Vacation relief to staff.
  • Ability to work cooperatively with others.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures.
