We are currently looking for interns (m/f/d) to actively support us in conducting user studies, evaluating products, and assisting with general research and data preparation tasks.

Ideally, you are studying psychology (with a focus on areas such as work and organizational psychology, business psychology, or human factors), engineering psychology, or a similar empirical natural science field and are seeking a mandatory internship.

You are also welcome to complete the internship alongside your studies (at least 3 days per week).


Tasks:

  • You will assist us with various research projects and the conception, implementation, and coordination of user studies.
  • You will conduct desk design research (e.g. "best practices" for user interfaces) and video annotation using software.
  • You will support us in collecting and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data and creating result presentations.

Qualifications:

  • Enrolled student in the third semester or higher of psychology, business psychology, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ideally, you have previous experience with data collection.
  • Strong strategic thinking, technical affinity, flexibility, and the ability to work independently and in a structured manner.
  • Good knowledge of empirical methods and statistics.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ideally, you have prior knowledge of SPSS.
  • Interest in researchoriented work and user experience and usability topics.
  • Good written and spoken English skills.
