Job Description:
- Organization and implementation of individual psychosocial care for residents and their families
- Planning, organizing, and conducting group activities and individual care, as well as leisure activities, celebrations, and events
- Conducting counseling sessions, resident documentation, and correspondence with authorities
- Participation in quality development and assurance
You bring with you:
- Training as an occupational therapist/physiotherapist/geriatric therapist, degree in social work, or equivalent
- Professional experience in the field
