The Business Unit "Moulded Glass" aims to continue setting decisive impulses in international markets. Currently, "Moulded Glass" operates at four locations in Europe (Essen, Lohr am Main, Tettau, and Momignies), as well as one location each in the USA (Chicago) and India (Mumbai). The production diversity of each location ranges from high-quality pharmaceutical and specialty glass to perfume bottles and cream jars for the cosmetics industry.

As a leader in our Innovation Center, you will take on the following tasks across all locations:

  • Leading innovation projects, including planning and operational implementation
  • Evaluating new technologies and processes
  • Developing and implementing strategies for continuous improvement of melting and forming processes, testing and finishing processes, and overall production processes
  • Managing and developing a team of eight experts
  • Working closely with various departments, such as production or quality assurance, as well as collaborating with suppliers
  • Monitoring technological progress and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation
  • Ensuring compliance with quality standards, legal requirements, and environmental regulations in the context of technology development

Your qualifications

  • Completed technical degree in engineering, materials science, chemistry, or a related field
  • Several years
