Your Role and Responsibilities

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
5 yr.

hands on experience with semiconductor processing including thin film metal and dielectric film deposition, wet chemistry for surface preparation / cleaning and materials analysis techniques.

B.S. in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry or Physics.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Familiarity with statistical process monitoring and the physics and chemistry of thin films and interfaces.

The salary will vary depending on your jobrelated skills, experience and location. Pay increment and frequency of pay will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws. For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be prorated for those who start working during the calendar year.
