"I need to start living as soon as possible in Story City, IA. I am looking for a partial renovation (less than 2 rooms) in a house. The motivation and objective of the renovation is to update the house for comfort. The desired changes include removing the textured walls and painting, as well as updating the floors. The approximate size of the house to be renovated is between 71 and 100 square meters. The house is over 40 years old and is owned by me. I am looking to start the renovation in the next few days. My preference for the service is a good quality/price ratio."
