Skills, Education and Experience:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
  • Paralegal certificate from ABAapproved program.
  • CEP Level I.
  • 5 years corporate paralegal experience, 2 years in stock administration.
  • Ability to handle confidential Company information.
  • Selfdirected, well organized, detailoriented, highly accurate, excellent communication and customer service skills. May perform other duties as assigned.

Salary:
$ $110000 annually**The expected base salary for this position ranges from $100000 to $110000 annually. The actual base salary will be determined on an individualized basis taking into account a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, education, and, where applicable, licenses or certifications held. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, this position may be eligible for additional types of compensation including discretionary bonuses and other short
- and long-term incentives (e.g., deferred cash, equity, etc.).

Essential Job Duties:


  • Assist attorneys and brokers with drafting and reviewing transaction documents related to commercial real estate transactions, including confidentiality agreements, commission agreements, cobrokerage agreements, listing agreements, and closing documents.
  • Work closes with the head of regulatory compliance with respect to state and local licensing requirements, including research on real estate licensing, brokerage and other relevant legal matters.
  • Prepare and file legal documents with governmental agencies and regulatory bodies (including to maintain business licenses, etc).
  • Communicate with clients, brokers, attorneys and other parties involved in transactions to ensure timely completion of tasks and resolution of issues.
  • Maintain organized and accurate records of all transactionrelated documents and correspondence, including operation of legal database (such as entering data, running data reports, maintaining updates to the database).
  • If necessary, provide support on general corporate matters, such as entity management, including monitoring DBAs.
  • Assist with risk management related inquiries.

  • Paralegal certificate from ABAapproved program.
  • CEP Level I.
  • 5 years corporate paralegal experience (preferably specific to commercial real estate services).
  • Ability to handle confidential Company information.
  • Selfdirected, well organized, detailoriented, highly accurate, excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • May perform other duties as assigned.
