We are currently looking for a
Service Employee (m/f/d) for Radeberg, Coswig and Ottendorf-Okrilla to join our team as soon as possible.


Your responsibilities

  • Covering the delivery of banking services
  • Sales of standardized and normed product bundles or products
  • Serviceoriented handling of noncash payment transactions for all customers
  • Serviceoriented handling of cash payment transactions for all customers, following the 4eyes principle
  • General signal recognition and forwarding to the responsible function in the market area
  • Systematic use of the available sales channels
  • Occasional information within the scope of sales campaigns
  • Increasing the selfservice rate
