After successfully completing the selection process, you will be hired as a probationary Police Commissioner with a salary according to A 13 LBesO (basic salary of €4,580 gross, potentially higher depending on personal circumstances and age/healthcare costs are covered by the Free Health Care System).

From the first day of your career, you will be a leader. To help you transition into your new role and personal career path, you will undergo a 2 1/2-year introductory phase, including a 9-month study program at the German
