As a system and network administrator, you will be responsible for change, problem, and incident management in Mannheim.
You will handle external and internal service requests via email and phone, analyze errors, and resolve issues as part of 1st/2nd level support.
Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing the IT asset management database, operating manuals, network plans, and detailed documentation.
You will also handle the administration and maintenance of the IT security infrastructure, as well as optimize and improve technical and organizational workflows.
You will work independently on IT projects within our IT system landscape.Job Requirements:

Job Offer:
- Vocational training as an IT specialist or similar
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in hybrid IT infrastructures (cloud/onsite)
- Excellent knowledge of network technologies and services, including TCP/IP, switching, routing, DNS, DHCP
- Basic knowledge of UNIX operating systems such as Linux and AIX is advantageous
- Existing certification in network and network security technologies, such as CCNA/CCNP, is advantageous
