Description
Your tasks:
- Preparation of monthly payroll, taking into account tax and social security aspects for a defined payroll circle
- Reporting and certification
- Maintenance of time management (including piecework data)
- Administrative implementation of company pension schemes
- Maintenance, processing, and management of master data and personnel files
- Processing of job applications
Your profile:
- Successfully completed commercial training
- Experience in a similar position and possibly further education in the mentioned areas
- Solid knowledge and experience in using payroll software
- Proficient in MS Office programs (especially Word and Excel)
- Structured way of working
- Teamwork, flexibility, and discretion
