We are currently looking for a full-time
Receptionist for our new clinic in
Wiesbaden.


Your responsibilities

  • Greeting and receiving patients
  • Assisting and caring for patients during appointments and surgery days
  • Managing and monitoring the appointment calendar and scheduling examinations and/or surgery dates
  • Maintaining both physical and electronic patient records
  • Conducting simple measurements necessary for treatment
  • Assisting with patient billing

Your profile

  • Completed vocational training, preferably in the hospitality/service or healthcare sector
  • Ability to work independently and take responsibility
  • Excellent communication skills and a wellgroomed and positive appearance
  • Friendliness and good manners
  • Social competence
