Southwest ToyotaLift is seeking a skilled
Field Service Technician to join our team In this rewarding role, you'll travel to customer sites, diagnose and repair forklift issues (gasoline, LPG, electric, or diesel-powered), and ensure our customer's equipment operates at peak performance.


Responsibilities:

Technical Expertise: Troubleshoot mechanical problems, determine if parts need replacing, and provide clear repair recommendations.

Customer Focus: Build strong relationships with both internal and external customers, providing exceptional service throughout the repair process.

Skilled Repair: Perform various tasks, including replacing parts, adjusting brakes, lubricating vehicles, and more.

Safety First: Practice safe work habits and maintain a clean work van.

Communication & Teamwork: Communicate effectively with supervisors, escalate issues when necessary, and complete paperwork accurately.


Qualifications:

• High school diploma and 35 years of forklift/material handling technician experience.
• Excellent driving record and ability to drive a company vehicle.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer service focus and positive attitude.
• Physically capable of performing manual labor and operating equipment (including lifting 50 lbs).
• Professional appearance and commitment to safety.

Pay:
$ $39.00 per hour
