For our boarding stable in Garwood, TX, we are looking for a self-motivated and innovative individual to join our team as a horse groomer/horse caretaker/stable assistant on a part-time basis.


Responsibilities:

We offer:


  • A flexible job for four halfdays per month (two weekends/month) plus potential holiday coverage
  • Varied tasks (stall maintenance, mucking out stalls and open stables, leading horses to pasture, general maintenance work, etc.)
  • Good infrastructure including modern farm equipment
  • Competitive hourly wage

Qualifications:

We are looking for:


  • An energetic individual (minimum age of 16) with a friendly demeanor
  • High level of reliability
  • Willingness to perform physically demanding work in all weather conditions and on holidays
  • Experience in horse care
  • Professionalism even in challenging situations
  • Fluent in German
  • Start date of March 2024 or by arrangement
