We are looking for reinforcements

Social Pedagogue (
m/f/d) for school social work starting immediately in part-time.


32 hours/week, permanent position
The
Oskar-Heinroth Primary School is a music-oriented elementary school located in the district of Britz in Neukölln.


We are looking for someone who:

  • has a state-recognized degree in social pedagogy or a comparable qualification
- has experience and interest in working with students in challenging learning and life situations
- has experience in individual and group work in the areas of violence prevention and intervention
- can participate in multi-professional case discussions and develop support plans
- has experience in the areas of participation and democracy education
- can collaborate with parents, provide counseling and mediation
- can work with the youth welfare office and other specialist services
- has experience in dealing with child endangerment/child protection
- has a community-oriented approach
- can participate in school committees and work groups
- can network within the organization
- can document and report on work activities
