As a member of our team, you will actively contribute to the development of our facility's content and organizational processes, ensuring high-quality support together with your colleagues:

  • Assisting clients in their daily lives, taking into account their personal preferences
  • Accompanying clients in various recreational activities to promote active participation
  • Promoting individual skills, particularly in communication
  • Providing care and carrying out medical orders
  • Maintaining contact with parents, family members, legal guardians, and employers
  • Developing work goals and steps based on the HMBW method and documenting them using software
  • Completing a 3-year education in a social care profession (with state recognition)
  • Prior practical experience in disability support is desirable, but not required
  • Empathy in working with physically and/or mentally disabled individuals
  • Interest in current developments in disability education (empowerment, inclusion, client-centered approach, assistance)
