We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Trainee (career changer) (m/f/d) for our Controlling department, who will support us in optimizing our consulting and support for our over 1000 clients in our online nutrition and fitness consulting.

In your role as a Controller, you will work closely with the sales management and become the numbers expert in our company.


Responsibilities:


  • You will work with our Google spreadsheets and ensure an even more organized structure of numbers.
  • You will ensure that the company's KPIs are always readily available.
  • You will work with our CRM programs to filter out the right and relevant numbers.
  • You will gain an overview of the daily work of individual salespeople.
  • You will constantly monitor the company's and individual salespeople's target quotas.
  • You will create a ranking of individual salespeople with your data.

Salary for Trainee Career Changer Controller full-time in the first 12 months: 2,700 euros gross monthly salary. Opportunities for further development and advancement are available in the following years.
