Who are we? The State Building Authority Munich 1 is one of 22 state building authorities in Bavaria.It is responsible for a variety of buildings owned by the Free State of Bavaria and the Federal Republic of Germany in the area of the state capital Munich.
These include museums, theaters, churches, cultural buildings, ministries, justice and police buildings, data centers, and much more. Our task is to handle new construction and renovation projects, as well as to carry out building maintenance. We largely work with freelance architects and engineers to fulfill these tasks. In some areas, we also manage construction projects ourselves, which may require attending construction site meetings.We are currently seeking a Sachbearbeiter (m/w/d) for our Administration Department / Organizational and Central Services Division to join our team as soon as possible.
What to expect from us:
General administrative tasks as part of the property management team Monitoring of cleaning service provider Participation in procurement and tendering processes Support of caretakers in various tasks (e.g. communication with external companies, installation of door signs, organization and execution of moves, etc.)
Courier trips and maintenance of company vehicles You will work as part of a team, supporting and covering for each other Why we are a good match:
