The
VIA Perspectives gGmbH is a subsidiary of the VIA corporate group with various locations in the three Berlin regions - Pankow, Neukölln, and Treptow-Köpenick.

As part of the integration assistance, VIA Perspectives gGmbH offers qualified assistance in the social environment for people with mental illnesses, emotional peculiarities, as well as alcohol and drug dependencies.

Our outpatient services are integrated into the regional healthcare system.

In addition, our range of services includes a day care center, an occupational therapy practice, and the VIA Qualification Center.

To strengthen our team in Neukölln, we are looking for a
Project Manager starting on May 15, 2023, in part-time/full-time hours/week).


Your profile:


  • University degree or vocational training in the social or healthcare sector
  • Extensive professional experience in the field of psychiatry/ social psychiatry
  • Previous experience in leadership is desirable
  • Strong professional and social skills, resilience, and organizational and coordination abilities
  • Commitment, flexibility, and teamwork
  • Strong communication and social skills and resilience

Your tasks include:


  • Staff management
  • Budget responsibility
  • Professional guidance of employees
  • Contact person for consultations and decisions in current care routines
  • Care tasks
  • Cooperation with responsible authorities, participation in helper conferences
