Then you've come to the right place: For our branches in Stuttgart city center, Stuttgart-Birkach, Boxberg, or Weinsberg, we are looking for a full-time or part-time employee with a minimum of 20 hours per week to join our payroll department.

Your responsibilities:

After thorough training, your diverse tasks will include payroll processing for a fixed client base.
You will create all certificates and reports and be responsible for communication with banks and authorities.
You will also assist with social security and income tax audits.
You will be the main point of contact for our clients and consult with our team on complex issues.
You will assess the justification of employment relationships for social security reporting and be available to our clients for any payroll-related questions.
Regular training will deepen your knowledge and keep you up-to-date on changes in laws and regulations.

Your qualifications:

You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship and have at least one year of relevant experience in payroll processing.
You have good knowledge of the Datev payroll program.
You have a solid understanding of labor, social security, and income tax law.
