Our Training Philosophy

An intensive training in various areas, such as private customer service, securities and credit business.

We see ourselves as financial service providers with the claim of holistic customer consultation. Therefore, you will learn the entire range of banking business from savings accounts to Wall Street stocks, from overdraft loans to financing of corporate investments.

At Sparkasse UnnaKamen, learning is not just about theory. We focus on practical experience. From the beginning, you will be involved in our work, participate and contribute. In our "in-house training", we combine theory and practice. But what sets us apart from others?

Once a year, we offer a group of third-year apprentices the opportunity to take over the "helm" of a branch in our business area. This includes not only the daily customer business, but also planning, organization and collaboration. For us, practice means experiencing it.
