SHIFT SUPERVISOR PLASTIC PRODUCTION (M/F/D) permanent, full-time, rotating shift or permanent night shift YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES * Personnel responsibility including personnel planning * Setting up and starting production machines including related peripherals * Instruction and training of employees on production machines * Further training of employees * Optimal personnel allocation/coordination of employees and tasks * Development of measures to increase productivity * Responsibility for quality, costs and adherence to deadlines of produced goods * Continuous optimization of production processes * Responsibility for occupational safety, order and cleanliness within his/her area * Coordination of service provision for/from other departments * Maintenance and repair of machines in his/her area
