Join us at Buckman 'ViaNobis - Kindertagesstätten KinderReich and bring your ideas as an educator (m/f/d) in part-time or full-time (75% - 100%) to our kindergartens in Wesseling.

You can start at any time.


At our organization, you can make a difference by guiding and supporting the development of "our" children aged 1 to 6 years old.

You will also have the opportunity to implement the Montessori pedagogy, create creative movement spaces, and integrate language development into daily activities.

Building a trusting partnership with parents and contributing to the growth and development of our kindergartens are also important aspects of this role.


To excel in this position, you should have a completed education as a state-recognized educator (m/f/d) and possess a passion for your work, dedication, and a positive attitude that is contagious.

Strong pedagogical skills, empathy, creativity, and communication skills are essential for this role. You should also be curious and not afraid to ask questions and share your ideas in daily activities. As a team player, you will enjoy working cooperatively with your colleagues.
