Responsibilities:

As a System Administrator (m/f/d), you ensure that the IT systems run smoothly for our clients, whether they are still operated locally or in the cloud
In addition, it is your responsibility to train the client's employees on the new solutions
You advise clients on the selection of new and innovative IT solutions, implement them, and ensure a secure and seamless operation

Requirements:

Ideally, you have completed vocational training as an IT specialist (m/f/d) for system integration, IT system electronics, a degree in computer science, or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in IT support or as an IT administrator (m/f/d)
Understanding and interest in new IT products and technologies
High service orientation and enjoyment of working with clients and in a team
Quick comprehension, enthusiasm, and willingness to further educate yourself
Negotiation skills in German and good written and spoken English
Structured and systematic way of working
