This will be your future job:

  • Technical contact for sensors on railway freight cars
  • Responsible for creating requirements for sensor applications
  • Participation in creating system architectures for wireless sensors and networks
  • Procurement of sample materials
  • Construction of functional prototypes for wireless sensors
  • Coordination of internal and external testing activities
  • Planning, monitoring, evaluation and documentation of measurements
  • Technical interface coordination with other departments and external partners
  • Independent creation of documentation for rollout
  • Ensuring compatibility with existing systems
  • Accompanying trials
  • Participation in committees and crosssector working groups
