The City Schutz GmbH, headquartered in Schönburg (near Naumburg in Saxony-Anhalt), is an independent security company with over 1000 employees and more than 1200 clients from various industries nationwide. Since 1990, City Schutz GmbH has been consistently active in all areas of security services and is known for its quality and reliability.

We are currently seeking several security employees (m/f/d) to join our team at our Osterfeld location.

Responsibilities / Main tasks:

  • Conduct access control at the gate (access authorization, prohibited items, providing information)
  • Perform patrols with preventive fire protection checks, emergency situation monitoring, and prevention of fence crossings
  • Ensure compliance with house rules
  • Ensure general object security
  • Enforce house rules (house ban)

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Must have successfully completed the IHK Sachkundeprüfung according to §34a GewO
  • Must be a certified first aider or willing to obtain certification
  • Must have availability for all shifts
  • Basic computer skills required
  • Must have a clean criminal record
  • Must be reliable, communicative, and responsible
