You will support us at our Mainz location as a personnel consultant in all sales and recruiting projects for the placement of strategically important positions for specialists and executives
You will take on independent, challenging project work
You will be responsible for identifying and directly approaching suitable candidates, both by phone and through social networks
You will actively participate in daytoday operations
You will take on tasks related to office organization and administration
You will conduct extensive (internet) research

What should you bring?

You ideally have some experience with telephone interviews or in a call center (not mandatory), research activities, or customer contact
You are interested in a longterm and responsible position
You are confident and convincing in your telephone manner
You have excellent knowledge of Word and Excel
You have a high level of initiative
