Then Technical Facility Management should be your chosen field of study. With this dual Bachelor of Engineering, you will acquire a broad engineering education and become an expert in building operation, maintenance, and energy management.
In this unique dual study program, you will learn how to operate, maintain, and optimize facilities, i.e. buildings, technical systems, or equipment. As a graduate, you will be able to plan and organize building operations in a way that increases productivity, uses resources efficiently, and is environmentally friendly. During the 6 semesters of regular study time, you will alternate between studying at the HWR Berlin and working at our company in Hamtramck - the perfect combination of theory and practice.
