Job Summary:


This position is responsible for coordinating the care of patients in the Executive and Preventive Health program at The Johns Hopkins Hospital.

Emphasis will be placed on the scheduling and registration of patient appointments including gathering all necessary patient information, updating EPIC, patient education and answering patient requests for information.

This position will manage relationships with patients and/or their designee and other various referral sources.


Education:


  • BA or BS required or equivalent work experience

Work Experience:


  • 3 years related experience in healthcare and/or business with a strong focus on customer service best practices

Shift:


  • Full-Time
  • 40 Hours Per Week
