At the earliest possible date, we are looking for you as a Signal Mechanic as Team Leader for Control and Safety Technology (m/f/d) for the Regional Maintenance division of DB Netz AG at our location in Cologne

Your responsibilities will include:

You will be responsible for the maintenance and installation of all electrical interior and exterior systems of control and safety technology (CST).
This includes primarily electronic components, such as signals, switches, and control centers, but you will also become familiar with mechanical components.
In addition, you will be responsible for accompanying construction work related to switch and track renewals.
You will have technical and organizational leadership of the installation team.
You will be responsible for the work assignment and necessary entries in the work and fault log.
Ensuring compliance with the safety plan, safety briefing, and accident prevention regulations within the team is also part of your responsibilities.

Your profile should include:

You have successfully completed training in the field of electronics or electrical engineering (e.g. as an electrician, electronics technician for industrial engineering, automation technology, machine and drive technology, building and systems, mechatronics technician, or in a comparable profession).
You are also a fully trained Signal Mechanic with experience in the installation of electrical CST systems.
You have theoretical and practical knowledge in the field of maintenance and installation of electrical CST interior and exterior systems.
You are willing to work outdoors and participate in rotating oncall duty after comprehensive training.
