Your responsibilities:

  • As a Change and Integration Management employee (m/f/d), you will bring a completed degree in business, psychology, social sciences or a related field, ideally with a focus on change management or consulting.
  • Ideally, you have some professional experience in change management or (inhouse) consulting.
  • You have a strong passion for change management and possess a confident demeanor and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • You have a good command of common MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel, and are open to using other IT applications to support project work.
  • Excellent German and English skills complete your qualifications.

  • You take on project work and lead sub-projects in internal transformation and integration projects.
  • You are responsible for comprehensive planning, conceptualization, and operational implementation of the change management agenda.
  • You conduct changerelevant analyses, evaluate them, and derive suitable measures.
  • You design, prepare, and moderate kickoffs, workshops, steering committees, and other decisionmaking bodies.
