*To expand our team at our location in Frankfurt am Main, we are currently seeking a full-time Personal Consultant (m/f/d) to join us as soon as possible.

*Your responsibilities:

  • Building and expanding our customer base
  • Implementing customer retention strategies
  • Documenting in CRM system
  • Handling follow-up tasks
  • Actively researching and selecting candidate profiles
  • Conducting candidate interviews via video call, phone, and in person
  • Building and maintaining a pool of candidates and clients
  • Collaborating on various projects
*Your profile:

  • Completed commercial training / degree in economics, social sciences or equivalent qualification
  • First experience in recruiting / personnel acquisition or sales
  • High level of service orientation
  • Confident and empathetic demeanor
  • Fluent in written and spoken German
  • Proficient in written and spoken English
  • Independent and responsible work ethic
  • Excellent MS Office skills
  • Enjoy working in a dynamic environment
*Weekly working hours: 40 hours per week

*Salary range: 35, ,000 euros
