Integrativmarkt gGmbH has been successfully operating the CAP-Markt in Bottrop-Grafenwald since 2006. The CAP-Markt is a full-range grocery store.

As a local supplier, we offer our customers freshly prepared dishes and salads at our service counters for meat, sausage, and cheese.

Your responsibilities:

Taking on responsibility as a substitute and closing supervisor
Careful handling of cash transactions and precise cash reconciliation
Expert and friendly customer service to ensure a pleasant shopping experience
Promoting sales through product presentation and inventory management
Conducting regular checks for freshness and expiration dates

Your profile:

You have successfully completed training in the grocery retail sector or have relevant work experience
You have a conscientious, teambased, and reliable work ethic
You enjoy interacting with people and have a customeroriented mindset
You place great importance on hygiene and quality
You have good German language skills, both written and spoken
