- Collaborate with the Service Branch Manager to identify and qualify prospects and clients to pursue, meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Create a business plan to demonstrate market growth actions and development
- Meet with potential clients to understand needs and sell Automation system retrofits, among others
- Engage with construction teams to discuss post-project maintenance
- Expertise in automation systems and ability to create compelling proposals
- Manage calendar for customer visits, business funnel, and accurate sales forecasting
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Professional sales training preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated sales skills including prospecting, qualifying, proposing, and closing deals
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools
- Effective collaborator with problem-solving abilities
