As part of temporary staffing, we are looking for a
Customer Advisor (m/f/d) at CHECK24 in
Berlin as soon as possible.


Your tasks include:


  • You
    advise and support existing and new customers by phone and email regarding travel insurance.
  • Based on the individual needs of your customers and prospects (m/f/d), you
    create customized offers for travel insurance.

Recording and maintaining customer data as well as responsibility for applications are also part of
your exciting tasks, making you a central interface between customers (m/f/d) and insurance companies.

  • Furthermore, you contribute to the
    continuous development of the comparison offer in order to offer customers (m/f/d) the most optimal and uptodate solutions.

What we expect from you:


  • You ideally have a
    completed commercial education or are a
    career changer (m/f/d) with first professional experience in retail, tourism
