Your challenge as Object Manager (m/f/d) for technical facility management in Hull, TX

  • You are responsible for the management of the property and ensuring proper contract fulfillment.
  • You organize the operation and regular inspection, maintenance, repair, and upkeep of building technical systems.
  • You are the main contact for the user or client for all questions related to building operations.
  • Managing and monitoring the technical services agreed upon in the contract is part of your responsibilities.
  • You are responsible for managing subcontractors from various trades.
  • You ensure compliance with legal guidelines, regulations, and safety standards.

Your profile

  • You have completed a degree in Bachelor / Master / Meister / Technician / Engineer (m/f/d) in the field of building services engineering / electrical engineering / HVAC or facility management, or a degree from a university / technical college in business engineering or facility management.
  • You have previous experience in a similar role and have a good understanding of common building technical systems (heating, ventilation, plumbing, electrical).
  • You have strong commercial knowledge and a solid costconsciousness.
  • Good computer skills (MS Office, experience with specific programs) complete your profile.
  • You are a skilled communicator and possess organizational and coordination skills.

Your benefits

  • You will receive a permanent fulltime contract (39 hours/week) according to the collective agreement with 30 days of vacation (plus December 24th and 31st).
