Description
_We are seeking an energetic and friendly team player to join us as a part-time Administrative Associate to provide reception and office support services for a large fundraising office. _
_This position works onsite, generally Monday thru Friday, 9am - 1pm, with some afternoon coverage needed_
This Administrate Associate will:
- Provide routine office support, such as answer, screen and route calls, open and sort mail, and other related tasks.
- Welcome, assist and direct staff, visitors, vendors.
- Accept deliveries and notify recipients.
- Monitor and restock inventory of standard office and kitchen supplies.
- Handle onsite requests for office services, supplies and access.
- Provide positive and effective customer service that supports departmental and hospital operations.
- Perform other related duties as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum of high school diploma or GED required
- One year of experience in an office or customer service setting preferred
- Excellent customer service skills and a professional phone manner
- Reliable and punctual
- Organized with a strong attention to detail
- This role also requires the ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to ten pounds, and regular stooping, bending, reaching and grasping items at, above and below shoulder level.
