***Located at our Byron Center facility, the job coordinator team assists customers through quoting, scheduling, and planning countertop installation


Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Responding to incoming inquiries and requests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Receiving incoming customer quote requests
  • Building quotes from residential and commercial blueprints
  • Scheduling template creation
  • Entering approved orders
  • Requesting final confirmation from the customer once template is complete
  • Working as a liaison between the fabricator and the customer to schedule transportation and product installation
This position focuses primarily around logistics coordination, but also involves service and support to our customers and sales staff.

REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

  • High School diploma/GED required
  • Prior experience in a highpaced customer service environment desired
  • Project planning/scheduling experience desired

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency
  • Strong communication skills verbal and written
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Accuracy and detailorientation
  • Inclination to do things right the first time.
