Therefore, we are currently seeking a
pedagogical specialist (m/f/d) for our facility,
AWO Women's Shelter "Lotte Lemke" in
Bad Homburg, to start as soon as possible.

This position is initially limited to one year.

The women's shelter provides a temporary safe space for women and their children who are affected by violence in their immediate environment.

Job Description:

Pedagogical support for children and adolescents living in the shelter with their mothers
Individual and group activities for children and adolescents
Support for children and adolescents in processing the experienced violence
Cooperation with other institutions and authorities

Requirements:

Educator with state recognition or equivalent qualification
Professional experience in working with children
Resilience, flexibility, independent work style, teamwork and commitment
Experience with MS Office standard program
Driver's license for a car
