Your responsibilities:


  • We trust you to continuously expand our pool of candidates for medical professionals and midwives, as well as medical facilities proactively and through personal communication.
  • You will confidently and expertly negotiate contracts with both medical facilities and our professionals.
  • Together with internal experts, you will support them with a variety of personnel and labor law questions documenting your work diligently in our CRM system.

Your profile:


  • Training as a personnel service specialist, healthcare management assistant, office manager, or similar.
  • Knowledge of personnel scheduling/management and the Temporary Employment Act (AÜG) is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and consulting skills.
  • The right mix of initiative and teamwork, as well as a wellstructured work style.
