We are currently looking for a Recruiting Coordinator (m/f/d) for a position at DB's Leipzig location.


Your tasks:


  • You ensure an optimal candidate experience and a fast recruiting process
  • You take on organizational tasks related to the selection process: scheduling, invitation management, room booking, etc. and work closely with several recruiters
  • You are responsible for preselecting applications and support in the assessment center
  • Representing the department at fairs and events adds variety to your daily work
  • You are an organizational talent and keep track of a large number of candidates, ensuring high data quality within the team
  • You maintain the applicant management system

Your profile:


  • You have a Bachelor's degree or commercial vocational training, as well as initial professional experience in recruiting
  • You also have a strong ability to structure and prioritize a variety of topics
  • You are very proficient in using MS Office programs (Office 365)
  • You have excellent communication skills, act and communicate appropriately and effectively at all hierarchical levels
  • You are serviceoriented and have a customerfocused mindset
