To support our team, we are looking for:

Quality Management Employee (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

  • Participation and professional guidance in the planning and implementation of the company's specific quality policy and objectives
  • Communication of quality principles to promote quality awareness within the company
  • Continuous review and evaluation of the development of the quality management system
  • Planning and coordination of changes to the QM system
  • Ensuring professional exchange with other institutions such as certification bodies, authorities, and customers in the field of quality management
- "Condensing" quality-related data and regularly informing management

  • Coordination of measures for quality improvement
  • Coordination of the annual audit program

Your qualifications:

  • Completed commercial training or business administration degree
  • Certification as QM officer is an advantage
  • Professional experience is an advantage, especially in the logistics sector
  • Business understanding/good numerical understanding
  • Analytical thinking and problemsolving skills
  • Enjoyment of challenging project work
  • High level of initiative and resilience
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
  • Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
