The Explorer Hotels are a small, high-quality hotel group with ten hotels in the German-speaking Alpine region. The sustainability concept of our climate-neutral passive house hotels is unique and has delighted guests. In addition to vacationers, our target audience also includes conferences, incentives, and groups.

Your future workplace is located at the Explorer Hotels headquarters in Fischen im Allgäu.

Your responsibilities

As a reservation agent in the conference and group department, you will be the first point of contact for our corporate clients. You will assist customers from the initial inquiry to their arrival: preparing quotes, writing confirmations and schedules, and organizing the framework and evening programs. You will not only be the contact person for all customers, but also for your colleagues on-site at the hotels and for all our partners.
