Bronx Property Management
- Salary range: $ $31.16Under direct supervision, will assist in the routine maintenance, operation and repair of public buildings and structures, and the equipment they contain. Conduct visual inspections of building equipment and conditions; perform related work, such as driving to and from work sites.
- Maintain, adjust and make minor repairs of building hardware, furniture, shelving and equipment.
- Replace broken window and door glass.
- Repair windows and sash.
- Make minor repairs to masonry, woodwork, flooring and walls.
- Make minor repairs to building electrical, plumbing and heating systems.
- Assist in relocating building equipment as directed.
- Visually inspect public buildings, structures and equipment to assess and check for defects, malfunctions and hazardous conditions.
- Visually checks for and records the observable conditions of the premises.
- Prepare reports and keep records.
- Operate a motor vehicle to travel to and from work sites.
